Equipment Introduction

At the time of discharge or power failure of Load power on Circuit, it is possible to practice Automatic Conversion Circuit Configuration, stand-alone, grid-connected inverter System Circuit Configuration.

The Photovoltaic System lab is designed to provide hands-on experience such as working in the field.

It is possible to practice Actual Wiring by placing Solar Generation System's Configuration components

Are able to experiment with module measurement and load power supply circuits based on a direct and parallel connection to the module, and configure automatic switching circuit, stand-alone or system-connected inverter system circuit at the time of discharge or power failure.

Experimental practice can be conducted in conjunction with actual wiring experiment device (SQ) and PLC control experiment device.
Equipment characteristics

Understand the electrical characteristics of a solar cell module and present a DC voltage, current characteristic curve (V-I).

Understand the characteristics of solar modules to enable direct and parallel array configuration connections.

It is allowed to check the functions and characteristics of the inverter to check the operation conditions of the inverter.

Inverter capacity can be calculated based on the installed capacity of the solar panels.

Solar exclusive battery can be used for investigating its application to select batteries for system-connected systems depending on the capacity of the facility.

After the array connection, the junction box can be installed and connected.

Power transformer and control devices can be installed based on the system's connection drawings to enable connection.

It is allowed to check the amount of generation input and output for pre-use inspection.

Individual units may be connected for a test and then the entire system can be tested.

The output control function and effects of solar power generation can be identified to analyze the effects of output volume when problems arise.

The device shall be of console type and shall be so manufactured that it can be tested by moving it anywhere with power.

Connect the positive pole of solar cell module to connection board in parallel.

Connect the output part of connection board and negative pole of solar cell module to input part of DC breaker.

Connect the output part of DC breaker to the input part of charge controller with special attention to positive and negative poles.
-
Connect the positive and negative terminals of battery of charge controller to the negative and positive terminals of storage battery.

Connect the positive and negative terminals of battery of charge controller to the negative and positive poles of DC input terminal of stand-alone inverter.

Connect the AC output part of stand-alone inverter to the input part of AC breaker.

Connect the output part of AC breaker to the load lamp.

Set the DIP switch of charge controller in line with the battery voltage.

Put the switches of DC breaker and AC breaker on ON, and the lamp shall be turned on.
